 Mr. Pimpinella is an Equity Partner with Compson, Eannace & Pierro, PLLC, having joined the firm in 2009. He currently concentrates his practice in the fields of Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Wills and Trust Law, Elder Law, Estate/Trust Administration, Business Succession Planning and Real Estate.
Mr. Pimpinella is a graduate of the Berkshire School, received his Bachleor of Arts from Siena College and his Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of New York and the Federal Eastern District and Southern District Courts of the United States.
Mr. Pimpinella is a member of the Trusts, Estates and Elder Law sections of the Oneida County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and a member of Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel. Mr. Pimpinella has lectured for the Oneida County Bar Association on topics covering Estate Planning and Elder Law. | |
